Enjoy a delicious vegan spread with neat BBQ, potatoes and your choice of veggies and condiments!
1Preheat oven to 425. Prick each potato several times with a fork. Place each potato on a 12” x 12” square of foil, brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Wrap the foil around each potato. Place the wrapped potatoes on a baking sheet. Cook for 45-60 min.
2After preparing the neat crumbles, just before serving, gently mix the BBQ sauce with neat, until the neat is thoroughly coated. Lay out bowls of each of the toppings for the potato bar, including the BBQ neat. Each person can load up their potato with their preferred toppings and dig in!
