Who knew we could combine a meat alternative with humble chickpeas and create such a creamy smooth dip! Here’s your proof – Nutolene Hummus. Vegan, gluten-free and truly addictive.
1In a food processor, add the tahini, lemon juice and garlic. Process for approximately, till smooth and whipped.
2Next, add in the chickpeas and process till smooth.
3Finally add the Nutolene and process. Add lukewarm water as required and process to the desired consistency. Serve with pita chips, Olives and vegetable crudités of your choice.
