Serving Size: 4 Burgers
- 1 pack neat Mexican Mix
- 2 neat eggs (2 tbsp of neat egg powder mixed with 4 tbsp of water)
- 1 cup salsa or pico de gallo
- 4 burger buns of your choice
Stir the dry neat Mexican Mix with the 2 neat eggs and 1/4 cup of salsa.
Add more salsa by the spoonful if needed, until the mix is a good consistency to form into burgers. Form 4 patties.
Heat a non-stick skillet and 1 tablespoon of cooking oil over medium heat.
Cook each burger 3-4 minutes on each side and then add your preferred toppings: avocado, salsa, lettuce, or tomatoes. Serve immediately.
