Cheers to National Irish Coffee day or ANY day! This non-alcoholic version of a favorite Irish drink will bring relaxation with every sip!
SERVINGS: Makes 2 servings.
2 tablespoons Kaffree Roma
16 oz hot water (preferred drinking temperature, not boiling)
4 teaspoons brown sugar
½ teaspoon rum extract
plant-based whipped cream for topping
cocoa powder for dusting
2-3” shamrock cut out (print out clip art and cut out)
In an Irish coffee glass mug, add 1 tablespoon of Kaffree Roma, 2 teaspoons brown sugar, and ¼ teaspoon rum extract to each mug. Pour 8 oz. of hot water into each mug and stir to dissolve the sugar. Cover the top of each mug evenly with whipped cream. Use a knife to smooth out the top of the whipped cream. Place the cut out in the center of the mug and dust the whipped cream until coated with cocoa powder, remove the cut out to reveal the white shamrock. Sip and savor!
