Savory crackers of your choice (we picked a herb flavored cracker to compliment the fishless tuna salad)
Lettuce of your choice
2 – 3 packets of Loma Linda’s Lemon Pepper Fishless Tuna
1 tbsp Hampton Creek’s Just Mayo (or any vegan mayo)
1 red onion, finely chopped
1 small carrot, shredded
Fresh Parsley for garnishing
To prepare the salad, mix all the ingredients for Fishless tuna salad together and keep aside.
For canapes, place lettuce on top of the crackers and load up with a generous scoop of fishless tuna salad. Serve immediately.
