Looking for a healthy snack for those 4pm hungry pangs? Enjoy some fresh vegetable crudités with this delicious vegan dipping sauce made with Loma Linda Nutolene and creamy coconut milk. With a delicate balance of flavors, this Nutolene sauce also works great as a dressing for salads or meals.
Serving Size: 3-4 people
- 1/2 can (200 grams) Loma Linda Nutolene
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha/sambal oelek (adjust to your liking)
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
In a mixing bowl, take out the Nutolene and add the coconut milk. Mix, then heat in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Mix well together to remove lumps and make into a smooth paste.
Add all the other ingredients and combine well. Adjust consistency to your liking with more coconut milk (if needed). Serve immediately or refrigerate and enjoy cold as a dipping sauce or a salad dressing.
