Loma Linda Nutolene Hummus

Perfect for parties and to compliment all types of chips and vegetables, Nutolene hummus is created by combining Nutolene with humble chickpeas. This creamy and smooth dip is not only vegan, but also gluten-free and truly addictive. This easy-to-make and healthy version of hummus is perfect for all your family to enjoy. 

  • 1/2 can Loma Linda Nutolene
  • 1 cup boiled chickpeas
  • 2 cloves of garlic, roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lukewarm water

In a food processor, add the tahini, lemon juice and garlic. Process till smooth and whipped.

Next, add in the chickpeas and process till smooth.

Finally, add the Nutolene and process. Add lukewarm water as required and process to the desired consistency. Serve immediately with pita chips, olives and vegetable crudités of your choice.
