A classic recipe that is not only quick (15 minutes total time), but super easy to prepare and enjoy!
1 can Loma Linda Swiss Stake
2 tbsp vegan steak sauce (we used A1)
Fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 cup mashed potatoes
1 tbsp vegan butter
1/2 cup frozen peas
Salt to taste
Heat a skillet and cook Swiss stake on both sides for a couple of minutes.
To prepare butter peas, warm some vegan butter and add frozen peas to it. Mix and season with salt.
Serve Swiss Stakes with the vegan steak sauce on top along with mashed potatoes and buttered peas.
