Super easy to prepare and enjoy this vegetarian take on traditional roast dinner. Includes hearty plant-based Swiss Stake, complimented by delicious mashed potatoes and butter peas.
Serving size: 4-5 Stakes
- 1 can Loma Linda Swiss Stake
- 2 tbsp vegan steak sauce
- Fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 cup mashed potatoes
- 1 tbsp vegan butter
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- Salt to taste
Heat a skillet and cook Swiss Stake on both sides for a couple of minutes.
To prepare butter peas, warm some vegan butter and add frozen peas to it. Mix and season with salt to taste.
Dress Swiss Stake with the vegan steak sauce on top and pair with mashed potatoes and buttered peas. Serve immediately.
