- 1 neat egg (1 tbsp of neat egg powder mixed with 2 tbsp of water)
- 1 pack neat Mexican Mix, prepared as crumbles
- 1 bag frozen sweet potato fries, cook according to package directions
- 1/3 cup your favorite BBQ sauce
Pour the BBQ sauce over the cooked neat crumbles; toss to coat the crumbles.
When the fries are fresh out of the oven, top them with the BBQ neat.
Drizzle extra BBQ sauce over the fries and serve immediately.
