Try this delicious vegan version of French toast for your next breakfast, made with the gluten-free neat egg. With a hint of cinnamon and vanilla, these french toast breads are extremely easy to create, simply dip a bread into the below mixture. Top with powdered sugar or syrup and pair with fruit for a sweet start to your day.
- 1 neat egg (1 tbsp of neat egg powder mixed with 2 tbsp of water)
- Bread, your preference
- 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tbsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or another variety) and whisk
Prepare neat egg with 1/2 tbsp of vanilla.
Dip bread into mixture.
Cook over medium heat in coconut oil or suitable non-stick skillet.
Serve immediately with side of fruit.
