neat Italian Ragu with Penne Pasta

1 lb Penne Pasta
1 package neat Italian Mix
1 24 oz. jar spaghetti sauce or homemade
2 tablespoons Avocado oil, or cooking oil of choice
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Add the oil to a non stick skillet over medium high heat. Mix neat with water according to package instructions.Add neat mixture to thes killet and cook for 9 minutes, chopping with a spatula as it cooks to make crumbles. Mixture will be moist at first and as it cooks it will start to evenly brown and crumble. Add sauce to neat, just until the sauce is heated through. Drain the pasta. Top each serving of pasta with neat Ragu and dig in!
