Serving Size: 12 neatballs
- 1 package neat Italian Mix
- 1 neat egg (1 tbsp of neat egg powder mixed with 2 tbsp of water)
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp dried oregano
For Tomato and Honey Glaze:
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp dried oregano
Preheat oven to 350F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix together the neat Italian, neat egg, and 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar. Scoop into 12 portions and roll into 12 balls. Place on the parchment sheet.
Mix together the tomato and honey glaze and spoon evenly over the meatballs.
Bake at 350F for 15 minutes.
