Try yet another delicious recipe for your vegan desserts by combining the sugary sweetness of oranges and cookies with the gluten-free neat egg. Easy to bake, these cookies are just the right size for an end-of-lunch treat, or to please hungry kids after school. Filled with white chocolate and orange, and extremely snack-able, each cookie will leave you wanting more.
Serving Size: 24 cookies
- 2 1/4 cup flour
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup vegan butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 neat egg (1 tbsp of neat egg powder mixed with 2 tbsp of water)
- 2-3 tsp grated orange peel
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
Set aside first three ingredients
Blend butter with the second set of ingredients and then sift in dry ingredients.
Add chips and stir all together.
Drop by rounded teaspoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350F for about 10-12 minutes.
