Kaffree Roma Autumn Pumpkin Muffins with Orange Walnut Glaze

Put on your favorite fall sweater and serve up these plant-based pumpkin muffins, featuring warm notes of espresso from Kaffree Roma and a bright citrus orange glaze.

 

SERVINGS: Makes 18 muffins.

 

INGREDIENTS:

Muffins:

18 paper cupcake liners

1 ¾ cup flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon baking powder

Pinch of salt

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

½ teaspoon fresh ground nutmeg

½ teaspoon ground cloves

1 ½ tablespoons Kaffree Roma granules

½ cup coconut oil or unflavored cooking oil of choice

2 neat eggs or plant-based egg substitute

1 cup pumpkin puree

1 ½ cup sugar

½ cup raisins

 

Orange Walnut Glaze:

1 ½ cups of powdered sugar

¼ cup orange juice

½ cup chopped walnuts

 

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.  Line regular size cupcake pans with 18 cupcake papers.

Kaffree Roma Vanilla Ice Cream Latte

The perfect ending to a perfect day, this sweet treat combines that classic flavor of vanilla with roasted caffeine-free Kaffree Roma.

SERVINGS: Makes 1 drink.

INGREDIENTS:

2 teaspoons Kaffree Roma

1 ½ cups plant-based milk

1 scoop vanilla ice cream

Caramel sauce, optional

DIRECTIONS:

Add Kaffree Roma to the cold milk.  With a wire whisk, whisk vigorously for 1 minute or until the Kaffree Roma is dissolved.  Pour into a serving glass.  Top with ice cream.  Drizzle with caramel sauce, if desired, and indulge in this caffeine-free treat!

Iced Kaffree Roma Latte

Stay cool with a caffeine-free, Iced Kaffree Roma Latte!

Ingredients:
3 teaspoons of Kaffree Roma
1 teaspoon honey (or agave)
3 tablespoons warm water
3/4 cup of cold almond milk
Ice

Directions:
Combine Kaffree Roma, honey and warm water in a sealable jar, like a mason jar.
Cover the jar and shake until it is foamy, or simply stir vigorously.
Pour into a glass full of ice and fill the glass with almond milk.

Enjoy!

Optional: Add flavored syrup for a caramel latte or almond latte. Top with a whipped topping.
