Kaffree Roma Candy Cane Mocha

Sweet flavors of the holidays swirl together in this perfect drink for sipping by the fire!


SERVINGS: Makes 1 serving.



2 teaspoons Kaffree Roma

1 tablespoon hot chocolate mix

1 ½ cups milk or plant-based milk

1 regular size candy cane

Crushed candy cane

Plant-based whipped cream

Chocolate sauce for drizzle



On the stovetop or in the microwave, heat the milk to preferred drinking temperature, do not boil.  Pour the milk into your favorite mug.  Stir the milk with the candy cane until it begins to melt, leave the candy cane in the warm milk to infuse peppermint flavor.   Add Kaffree Roma and hot chocolate and stir with the candy cane until the granules are dissolved.   Top with whipped cream, crushed candy cane pieces, and chocolate drizzle.  Cozy up by the fire and enjoy!



Kaffree Roma Mocha Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Rich, decadent, soft, and chewy chocolate cookies with just the right touch of mocha flavor from Kaffree Roma. 


SERVINGS: Makes 2 dozen cookies.


2 cups All-Purpose Flour

¾ tsp. baking soda

½ tsp. Salt

2 tsp. Cocoa powder

¼ cup Kaffree Roma

1 c. softened plant-based butter

½ c sugar

½ c brown sugar

1 egg or plant-based egg substitute such as the neat egg

2 c. Enjoy Life plant-based choc chips or chocolate chunks


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl of a stand mixer, blend butter with sugar and egg. In a separate bowl, mix together dry ingredients. Gradually add dry ingredients to the butter blend. Add chocolate chunks and stir until the chocolate is evenly dispersed.

Kaffree Roma Mocha Salted Caramel Latte

The favorite salted-caramel chocolate candy is now turned into a latte!  This easy recipe will be a secret treat to keep all to yourself or share with a special friend!


SERVINGS: Makes 1 drink.



10 ounces plant-based milk

1 tablespoon chocolate syrup

1 tablespoon caramel syrup

¼ tsp. sea salt

2 teaspoons Kaffree Roma

Whipped cream (dairy-free)

Caramel sauce for drizzling

Chocolate sprinkles or salted caramel chocolate pieces for garnishing



In a small saucepan over medium-low heat or in the microwave, heat the milk to drinking temperature, do not allow to boil.  In your favorite mug, add chocolate and caramel syrup, salt, and Kaffree Roma.  Pour the warmed milk into the mug and stir until syrups are melted and Kaffree Roma is dissolved.  Top with whipped cream, caramel drizzle, and chocolate sprinkles or pieces.
