Ingredients:
2 cans Spring Water TUNO, drained
½ cup plant-based mayo
2 stalks celery, diced
¼ red onion, diced
1 tsp dijon mustard
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
Juice of half a lemon
